So You Want a Six Pack?

Hi, Hope that this review of a program that I'm currently using helps you with making the right choice as to who you pick as your training partner.
Ive tried lots of programs in the past and none can come close to Vince DelMonte's new program.

Every thing you need to get leaner and stronger with plenty of added muscle is right here in this course. From how to train and when to train to why.
The same goes for the meal plans with various calorie layers with the guess work being taken out as what ,when to eat, etc .....

I decided to get this program because of not being happy with how I looked and more importantly how I felt, I saw the results that Peter Carvell had with losing 100lbs of body weight and decided to go for it.
Ive been six weeks on the program and Ive lost around 12lbs of fat while gaining some nice "noticeable" muscle and the Abs are really getting there....Just can't wait to see what the next few months brings, Actually I know what it will first ever Six Pack.

This program gives you the tools you need to achieve your goals.You do get motivation from the program but you also have to motivate yourself, I did it by looking in the mirror and seeing my progress week to week and picturing how I wanted to look, And its working for me.
